1) Where can I locate the refund policy?

2) What wax do you use for the candles?
- 100% natural soy wax is used in all candles.
3) How much should I trim from the wick before burning?
- Before burning candles each time, you should trim the wick about 1/4". That will improve burning and prevent the bubbles surfacing the candle.
4) What are some flaws the candles have?
- Some flaws you may experience with our all natural soy candles are: after burning the candle; you may see cracks at the surface of candle. Another flaw, if you don't trim the wick before burning the candle; you'll see bubbles at the surface of the candle after burning. You may also, experience frosting; which is the white coating sometimes found around or on the surface of the candle. This flaw is due to the crystals that are formed within the wax; which goes to show that these candles are made with natural soy wax.
5) What dye is used in the candle to change its' color?
- We use Liquid Candy Dye in our candles to change its' color.
6) Why do you use natural soy wax?
- We use natural soy wax for many reasons. One reason, is because while your beautiful candle burns it does not release toxic fumes into the air; which is a great setting for all. Another reason why we use natural soy wax is because it gives off magnificent soft throw (the smell you get when you first smell the candle before burning) and hot throw (the smell you get while burning the candle). Natural soy wax candles have a great aroma both before and after burning the candle.
7) Which jar is the Classy Jar? Cubic Love Jar? Rosy Jar? and Big and Lovely Jar?
-To help you identify or to know what jar you are ordering: the Classy Jar is a Classic Tumbler Jar and it is clear. The Cubic Love Jar is our clear jar that is in the shape of a Cube. Our Rosy Jar is a tumbler jar that is Rose Gold color. Our Big and Lovely Jar is our 3-wick big circle shaped jar.
8) Which jars are one wick? two wicks? three wick?
- Our one wick Jars are Classy Jar and Rosy Jar. Our two wick jar is the Cubic Love Jar. Our Big and Lovely Jar consist of three wicks.
9) What types of wicks do you use in each jar?
-In our Classy, Rosy and Big and Lovely Jar we use LX Series wicks; which are braided flat wicks that creates great stability and consistent flame. For our Cubic Love Jar we use two Eco-Friendly wicks; which are made from natural flat cotton threads and paper threads and they are free from zinc and lead. They also, provide a consistent flame and help to burn wax down evenly.
